Robotic control for high-precision and repeatable operations

The NCH Auto Wheel Truing Machine uses a microcomputer-based intelligent control system combined with three servo motors to achieve precise rotation control of both the wheel rim and the correction tools.This system enables the following functions:

  • Fully automatic correction in axial (lateral), radial (vertical), and symmetry aspects.
  • Real-time detection of runout/jump using photoelectric and inductive switches, which also manage the loading and unloading process.
  • High repeat positioning accuracy, making it suitable for batch processing of wheel rims with complex deformations.

It is particularly well-suited for high-end wheelset manufacturing facilities or automated production lines where strict consistency and uniformity are required.
