Description:

1. This machine is used to lock and position pre-braided rims. It is suitable for rims of various sizes and shapes.

2. The equipment is easy to adjust, quick to change molds, high efficiency and stable performance.

3. A reduction motor drives the wheel rim, and four torque motors adjust the locking force. A pneumatic cylinder pushes the mold to tighten or loosen the wheel rim, and a photoelectric sensor provides a signal indicating the mold is open or closed.

The mold size is simple and can be custom made according to the needs.
